Thomas Investments, Inc. began in 1994 when Roger and Sherry Thomas left the corporate world in Memphis and started their own business in Bentonville, Arkansas. Their first third-party contract was representing Sprint Communications (now T-Mobile) during the early days of long-distance deregulation.

Since incorporating in 1998, Thomas Investments has served as the foundation for a range of ventures, including the award-winning TeleComp, named Arkansas Business of the Year (Category II) in 2020.

Over the years, Thomas Investments has grown into a network of ten independent businesses operating across a variety of industries, including:
