What started as the vehicle to move out of the corporate world in Memphis, TN to their own business in Bentonville, AR as a sole proprietor in October 1994, TII’s first 3rd party contract was representing Sprint Communications (now T-Mobile) in the deregulated long distance communications industry. Since 1998, the S-Corp of Thomas Investments, Inc. has been the foundation of Roger and Sherry Thomas founded businesses, including the most recent TeleComp(.com), winners of the 32nd Annual Arkansas Business of the Year, Category II, 31 - 55 Employees in March of 2020.

The evolution of Thomas Investments and experience gained under that corporation, has led to 10 independent businesses, some of which are under different corporate substructures, including the following vertical business models:

• technology infrastructure

• national insurance and annuity agency

• utility deregulation

• retail advisement

• IoT technology

• commercial real estate

• sales and marketing consulting

• entertainment
